Two light, fluffy sponges sandwiched together with whipped cream and homemade lemon curd, covered in a delicious lemon icing - this cake is sure to dazzle your guests. Gluten free.
Flourless Chocolate Cake
This decadent cake is made with 70% dark chocolate and ground almonds that add a deliciously nutty flavour. Moist at the centre and crumbly on the top, it tastes scrumptious served with berries and freshly whipped cream.
